smiley_bDaytime Confidential is reporting that John Driscoll (ex-Coop, GL) has landed the plumb role of Philip Chancellor IV.
Apparently he auditioned opposite Elizabeth Hendrikson (Chloe) and was so good he made the producer cry.
I'm delighted at this - top rated soap, legacy character and he gets to act again some of the best in daytime (Tricia Cast and Jess Walton in particular)
Now, if he could just have scenes with Peter Bergman, I would be a happy girl!!!
