Beyond thrilled!!

smiley_bWoke up this morning and reached for the phone, turned on Twitter to find out who won DWTS All-Stars..... colour me absolutely amazed and shocked and flabbergasted that Melissa and Tony were crowned champions!!
I had hoped for a Kelly and Val win, but I am beyond thrilled for Tony - in all seriousness, how can you not be? He's had shitty partners, he's had Kate Gosselin (as befitting a partner who inspired a whole line of "Free Tony" merchandise at CafePress, he deserves the MBT for that season alone!), and no matter what, he keeps smiling, keeps doing his best. And his sheer and utter shock and joy when their names were called out was just the best reaction from a pro ever!!
What amazed me most was obviously the fact that they beat Derek and Shawn.... I had fully expected last night to be a coronation for Shawn and the beatification of Saint Derek of the Ballroom.... I have never been so happy to be wrong!!
