Am linking this here, because its just too good not to. Ed Martin writes in the Huffington Post about the death of Jake on General Hospital, and he is not a fan....

"... this latest GH tale has done everything wrong: It has made viewers feel bad about the time they have invested in the Jake storyline during the last few years and killed off a character that was uniquely positioned to be at the center of dozens of compelling stories in the years to come. That's no way to improve a show or support a dying daypart."

I could literally have quoted the entire thing, he was so bang on with what he wrote!

Saddest thing is that Jake could have driven story for years - can't believe Guza just tossed it away so much story opportunity. Oh, hang on, I really can!!!
