Just picked up my Dads phone to put it in to charge overnight, and noticed there were a heap of missed calls on it.

This is unusual for my Dad, as he usually answers it when it rings (much to my mothers dismay)

So I said this to Dad, and as he's looking mighty puzzled, I turned the phone on its side (it's an iPhone)

"Dad, do you know you have this on silent?"

"Ah, that's why it wasn't ringing!!!"

God knows how long he had it on silent for....
